AgriConcept CJSC jointly with cork producing German company Henrich Gultig organized training on “The importance of corks in Winemaking”, on March 4, 2022. Similar training was conducted last year and there was a great interest among wine producers on this topic.
The course was conducted by German winemaker Rainer Ruettiger. He elaborated on entire process, starting from the creation of the cork to its utilization particulars.
In addition, Mr. Ruettiger expounded on a number of important issues, such as correct choice of corks, storage, temperature and shelf-life issues.
