Culture containing Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus

Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.

Recommended dosage: 200 units to 1000 liters of milk

Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
