Blend of mesophilic aromatic kefir culture, type LD and thermophilic culture and yeast
Culture containing Debaryomyces hansenii, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis, Leuconostoc, Streptococcus thermophilus. The kefir culture produces texture, yeasty flavor and CO2.
Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.
Recommended dosage: 100 units to 1000 liters of milk
Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
