Culture containing Streptococcus thermophilus

Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.

Recommended dosage: 50 units/ 1000 l milk.

The culture is primarily applied in Pasta Filata cheese types.

Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
