Blend of mesophilic and thermophilic cultures. The culture produces flavor and CO2.

Culture containing Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus

Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.

Recommended dosage: 50 units/ 1500 l milk (for Gouda, Edam, Maasdam, Emental cheese production).

Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
