Blend of mesophilic Aromatic Culture, type LD and thermophilic culture
Culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Leuconostoc species, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis and Streptococcus Thermophilus. The culture produces flavor and CO2.
Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.
Recommended dosage: 200 units to 2000 liters of cream
Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
