Meta® V

Dissolve the product in 10 parts cold water then add to the product to be treated,
thoroughly mixing; leave to rest for at least 24 hours then proceed with filtration to
remove any light clouding that may have formed.

Dosage: From 6 fino to 10 g/hL.

Description

META V® ensures effective stabilization against potassium tartaric precipitations and,
partly, of calcium. The purity of META V® allows for its use before final microfiltration.
For such applications, add it at least 24 hours before bottling to ensure that the
interaction with the wine colloids will not cause eventual clouding/haze.
