Blend of mesophilic homofermentative culture, type O and thermophilic culture.

Culture containing Streptococcus thermophiles, Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris. This culture produces texture and no CO₂.

Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.

Recommended dosage: 200 units to 2000 liters of cream

Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
