FD-DVS XPL-1 50U

Blend of mesophilic Aromatic Culture, type LD and thermophilic culture.

Culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Leuconostoc species, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis and Streptococcus Thermophilus. The culture produces flavor and CO₂.

Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.

Recommended dosage: 50 units to 500 liters of cream

Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
