Blend homofermentative of mesophilic and thermophilic cultures. The culture does not produce CO2.

Culture containing Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus

Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.

Recommended dosage: 50 units/ 1500 l milk. The culture is used in the production of White Cheeses, Feta or UF products. Depending on production process, the texture will be firm with some holes or closed.

Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
