Mesophilic aromatic culture, type LD. The culture produces flavor and CO2.
Culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. Cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. Diacetylactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis, Leuconostoc․
Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.
Recommended dosage: 500 units/ 5000 l milk (for cottage cheese production) or 500 units/15000 l milk (for cheese production).
Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
