Culture containing Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. Diacetylactis, Leuconostoc species, Streptococcus thermophilus

Freeze-dried cultures should be stored at -18°C or below.

Recommended dosage: 350 units/ 5000-7000 l milk (for Gouda, Edam, Maasdam, Emental cheese production).

Agitate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly.
